Christa-Marie Kolodziej

Christa-Marie Kolodziej has a diverse work experience in communications, customer care, and digital crisis management. Christa-Marie started their career at Nutrisystem in 2008 as a Weight Loss Counselor and later transitioned into a Public Relations/Website/Social Media Moderator role. In this position, they promoted Nutrisystem products through various digital channels and developed relationships with industry influencers. In 2014, Kolodziej joined Girl Scouts of the USA as a Sr. Manager of Customer Care & Digital Crisis Communications. Christa-Marie regulated social media processes, connected with customers through multiple channels, and oversaw crisis communications. Over time, they were promoted to the role of Senior Director, Crisis Communications & Customer Care, where they led a team and enhanced operational efficiency.

From 2004 to 2008, Christa-Marie Kolodziej attended the University of Scranton, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology & Criminal Justice.
