Irene Jeng has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Irene started their career as a Senior Business Analyst at Avon Products in 1997. Irene then worked at Frito Lay as an Associate Product Manager, contributing to the growth of the Go Snacks business and supporting the development of new products for Doritos. Irene later joined Mondelez International as a Senior Brand Manager, where they managed brands such as Cheese Nips and Ritz Bits and led the development and launch of successful innovation platforms for Oreo and enrobed cookies. Irene then joined Godiva Chocolatier as Head of NA Innovation and Marketing, responsible for driving innovation strategy, redefining the consumer experience, and managing a global category across various markets. Irene later worked as a self-employed Brand Marketing and Innovation Consultant, offering business consulting services for the CPG industry and startups. Currently, they are the Senior Director of Marketing for the Cookie Program at Girl Scouts of the USA. Irene has expertise in concept development, brand identity, strategic planning, consumer experience, and marketing launch plans. Irene is passionate about health and wellness, food, and retail.
Irene Jeng holds a BA in International Relations from Stanford University. Irene also has an MBA in Marketing from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Additionally, Irene obtained a Digital Marketing Certificate from General Assembly in 2019 and received training in Perfumery from Cinquième Sens.
