Joseph Ryan

Joseph Ryan has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Joseph started their career in the US Army as an Operations Sergeant/Paratrooper in 1986 and later became an Assistant Noncommissioned Officer in Charge. In 1989, they transitioned to RadioShack and worked as a Store Manager until 1997.

From 1997 to 2012, Ryan worked at Girl Scouts Heart of Michigan, initially starting as the Chief Finance Officer/Chief Information Officer.

In 2012, they joined Girl Scouts of the USA as a Senior Business Project Manager for IT Financial Systems, a role they held until 2021. Joseph then became the Manager for IT Financial Systems until 2023, and currently serves as the Director for the same department.

Joseph Ryan has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting from Northwood University, which they obtained from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Business Studies in Accounting from Delta College between 1994 and 1996. Joseph also holds an Associate in Arts degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Delta College, obtained from 1989 to 1991. Additionally, Joseph has obtained several certifications through Salesforce Trailhead in various fields such as data management, data security, diversity and inclusion strategies, and others.
