Ted Mueller

Ted Mueller has extensive work experience in the technology field. Ted has held various roles in different companies throughout their career. Ted started their career at Tivoli/IBM as an Advisory Programmer and later became an Architect. Ted then worked at Vignette Corporation as a Content Management Architect, where they provided consultation for international clients. After that, they joined Surgient as a Principal Architect, leading the Professional Services Team for VMWare deployments. Ted also served as a Director of Professional Services Architecture and Engineering at Surgient, overseeing a team responsible for VMWare deployment to key customers. Ted also worked at SolarWinds as the Director of Professional Services - Innovawave, providing client services to enterprise customers using virtualization technologies. Ted founded their own company, Mueller Studios, LLC, where they served as a Founder, Software Architect, and Engineer, specializing in iOS application development and enterprise system architecture. Currently, Ted is working at Girl Scouts of the USA as the Vice President of Platform Engineering & Operations, where they manage and oversees multiple engineering teams and provides technical input and consulting for project management and procurement.

Ted Mueller attended Florida Atlantic University from 1985 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with honors. Additionally, they obtained certifications as a VMWare Certified Professional from VMware and as a LeftHand Networks SAN Administrator from LeftHand Networks in 2007.
