Kai Carter

Kai Carter is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Girl Scouts River Valleys since May 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Recruiting Associate for CohenTaylor Executive Search Services and Inside Talent, where significant achievements included screening and interviewing over 1,300 candidates, leading to 79 successful placements. Kai has a diverse background in education and community support, having worked as a Special Education Associate in multiple school settings, and has experience in customer service and sales with Marriott International and Covenant Living Communities and Services.
