Riddhi Bhagwat

Riddhi B. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple organizations and roles. Riddhi started their career as the Founder & President of the Project Positivity Initiative in 2020, where they served until 2021. In 2021, they joined University of Illinois Chicago as a Research Intern. During the same year, Riddhi also worked as a Web Development Scholar and later as an App Development Scholar at Kode With Klossy. Riddhi was also appointed as a YOUNGA Youth Delegate & Policy Working Group Leader at YOUNGA. In 2021, they founded GenSpire Inc. In 2022, Riddhi worked as an Advanced Microsurgery Research Intern at Baxter International Inc. Riddhi also became a Code Sensei at Code Ninjas in the same year. Currently, they hold the position of Senior VP at GirlCon, where they started in 2019. Riddhi's roles at GirlCon have included being a part of the Ambassador Team and the National Sponsorship Team.

Riddhi B. attended Stevenson High School in Lincolnshire, IL from 2019 to 2023. Following high school, Riddhi pursued a Bachelor of Science degree at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2023 to 2027.
