Kristina Khomutova

Kristina Khomutova is an experienced customer experience and social media professional with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a CX Social Associate at Girlfriend Collective since June 2021, Kristina leads the CX Social Media Team, advocates for the brand in social media spaces, and monitors trends in social media tools. Previously, Kristina held various roles at ThirdLove from August 2016 to November 2020, including Social Media Associate and Brand Marketing Community Coordinator, where responsibilities included managing social media engagement and customer experience. Earlier positions include operations at Rocksbox and customer service roles at Miss Jessie's and InAmerica.com Corporation, showcasing a strong foundation in customer support and engagement.
