Isra Shabir

Isra Shabir is currently the Director of Programs, Business Development Lead, Program Manager, and Tech Lead at Girls Make Games, a company dedicated to providing opportunities for girls and women in gaming and game development. Isra has a background in software engineering, having worked at companies like BitSight Technologies, Oculus VR, and RapidSOS. Isra has also been involved in academic research at MIT Media Lab and mentored students in web development at iXperienceCT. Isra holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
