Louise Bjerre

Louise Bjerre is an experienced professional in fitness and coaching, currently serving as an independent consultant since January 2021. Louise also acts as an ambassador for GirlTalk.dk. Previously, Louise held various roles at Fitness World from August 2017 to June 2023, including group instructor for STRONG, yoga instructor, educational mentor for leadership trainees, and center leader. Louise has a background in personal training, focusing on one-on-one sessions, boot camps, and nutritional guidance. Prior experience includes sales assistant positions at Føtex and SPORT 24. Louise has pursued extensive education, with qualifications in psychotherapy, NLP coaching, leadership, and fitness training, alongside a bachelor's degree in Politics and Administration from Aalborg University.
