Mounia Elqortobi

Mounia Elqortobi currently serves as a Quality Owner at GIRO since November 2021, contributing to the development of high-quality public transit and postal delivery software solutions. Prior experience includes the role of Innovation Consultant at the Ministère de l'Immigration from January 2012 to November 2020, where responsibilities encompassed defining the Innovation Department's mission, training representatives in design thinking, and overseeing a rapid testing initiative. Mounia also held positions as Quality Assurance Manager and Quality Assurance Analyst within the same organization, where key achievements included establishing and managing a QA team, implementing quality assurance processes, and leading software testing efforts. Mounia holds a Master’s degree in Quality Systems Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Concordia University, along with a DEC in Informatique de gestion from Collège de Bois-de-Boulogne.
