Deborah Butera

Deborah Butera has significant experience in the legal field, with a focus on contracts, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Deborah is currently serving as the General Counsel and Secretary at Global Infrastructure Solutions Inc. Prior to this, they held the position of Sr. Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at Kleinfelder, where they were responsible for legal strategy, government contracts, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Before joining Kleinfelder, they worked at Kratos Defense and Security Solutions as the Sr. Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer & Secretary, overseeing legal matters, government contracts, and trade compliance. Deborah also has experience as a Partner at Shapiro Fussell and Adorno & Yoss, where they provided legal guidance to publicly and privately held companies and managed various disputes.

Deborah Butera has a strong educational background in both law and business. Deborah attended Capital University Law School from 1991 to 1994, where they earned their Juris Doctor degree with summa cum laude honors. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from The Ohio State University, completing their studies from 1984 to 1988.
