Richard Lee

Richard Lee has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Richard started their career at Arthur Andersen LLP, where they worked from 1991 to 2002, progressing from an Associate to Partner. Richard then joined KPMG as a Partner, where they worked for 17 years until 2019. During this time, they gained expertise in public accounting and mergers and acquisitions.

In 2019, Richard joined Global Infrastructure Solutions Inc. (GISI) as the Managing Director and Chief Accounting Officer. In this role, they managed strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions analysis, and financial reporting. Richard was later promoted to the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in April 2022.

Richard also served as a Board Member for STO Building Group starting from June 2021.

Richard Lee completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting at Georgetown University from 1987 to 1991. In addition to their academic achievements, Richard also holds a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the New York State, which they obtained in September 1993.
