Justin Odam

Justin Odam is a well-rounded professional with extensive experience in both manufacturing and information technology. Currently serving as a 3-Pillar Technician and Mold Maintenance Tech at Aisin U.S.A. Mfg., Inc. since July 2021, Justin brings valuable expertise in quality assurance and maintenance functions from a prior role at Continental, where responsibilities included inspecting and ensuring the quality of production tires. Complementing technical skills, Justin is also pursuing an education in IT through the Global Institute of Technology Services, having completed the Computer and Network Support Technician Program, which focuses on IT and cybersecurity. Additionally, Justin's military background as a Heavy Wheel Vehicle Operator in the Army National Guard emphasizes strong operational and leadership skills.
