Wassim Hana has a diverse range of work experience. In 2016, they worked as an intern at PinPay. In 2018, they were a startup EPA France winner for the Visa Initiative. In 2019, Wassim worked as an intern at LIP6, focusing on blockchain security and scalability. Later that year, they joined PALO IT as a Junior Consultant until 2020. Currently, Wassim is working as a Sales Engineer at GitGuardian, starting in April 2021.

Wassim Hana has a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from the American University of Science and Technology, which they obtained from 2013 to 2017. After completing their undergraduate studies, they pursued multiple Master of Engineering degrees. From 2017 to 2019, they studied Internet Technology Architecture at Sorbonne University, Università di Trento, and EIT Digital Alumni. During this same period, they also obtained a Master of Engineering degree in Internet Technology Architecture from EIT Digital Alumni. Additionally, they earned a Master of Engineering degree in business entrepreneurship and innovation from EIT Digital Alumni in 2019.
