Sergey Matov

Sergey Matov has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Sergey started their career at Mirantis as a Junior SE in 2013 and later transitioned to the role of Engineer-Developer. Sergey was responsible for integrating DPDK/SR-IOV into Fuel and MOS, conducting performance testing, CI and functional testing, technical writing, bug fixing, and customer-related downstream work. In 2017, Sergey became a Senior Engineer Software at Mirantis, where they specialized in NFV, dataplane acceleration, L3 support of SDNs, and networking architecture and design. Sergey worked at Mirantis until 2020. After that, Sergey joined Travelping GmbH as a Software Engineer, working there until 2023. Currently, they are working as a Software Engineer at Hedgehog.

Sergey Matov completed their undergraduate education at Saratov State University named after N.G. Chernyshevsky from 2009 to 2014. During this time, they pursued a degree in Computers, Complexes, Systems, and Networks. Additionally, they simultaneously pursued a graduate degree in Machines and Mathematics at the same university.
