Himadri Acharya

Himadri Acharya is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and solutions architecture. Currently serving as a Senior Solutions Engineer in the Enterprise division at GitHub since October 2020, Himadri previously held the position of Inside Solutions Engineer for MidMarket at the same company. Prior to GitHub, Himadri worked at Expedia Group for three years, contributing as a Software Development Engineer I across platforms and infrastructure, focusing on cloud infrastructure design, automation, and developer support. Earlier experience includes a role as an IT Consultant at IBM Watson, leveraging data analytics for IoT prototypes, as well as an Applications Developer Intern at AT&T, where skills in Java and Agile methodologies were honed. Himadri holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Arlington and completed a professional development program at the University of Oxford in leadership and innovation.
