Andy Volpe

Andy Volpe is an experienced product design professional with a robust background in user experience and design. Currently serving as a Product Design Manager at GitLab since June 2018, Andy has held various roles including Staff Product Designer and Sr. Product Designer, focusing on application security and compliance to enhance user experiences in identifying and resolving vulnerabilities across multiple environments. Previous roles include mentoring UX students at Springboard, and serving as a Sr. Product Designer at American Greetings, contributing to digital innovation. Early career experiences include UX/UI design at Quez Media Marketing and freelance design work, complemented by a Master's Degree in User Experience Design from Kent State University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Human Centered Design from Northern Michigan University.
