Brijen Joshi is a seasoned internal audit professional with extensive experience leading and establishing audit functions across various organizations. Currently serving as VP of Internal Audit at GitLab, Brijen has successfully established the internal audit and SOX programs for a newly public company, focusing on analytics and automation. Previous roles include VP/Head of Internal Audit at Quotient Technology Inc., where Brijen developed compliance functions and led the implementation of SOX 404, alongside championing enterprise risk management initiatives. At Juniper Networks, Brijen managed the internal audit function and led SOX, operational, and cybersecurity audits, enhancing governance and risk management processes. Brijen began their career at PwC, focusing on internal audit and IT audit services. Brijen holds a LEAD Certificate in Corporate Innovation from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
