Bryan May

Bryan May is an experienced professional in the technology sector, currently serving as the Director of Professional Services Global Engagement Management at GitLab since April 2020. At GitLab, Bryan leads initiatives to help customers achieve operational efficiencies and accelerate value through the Professional Services Engagement Management team. Previous roles include interim Global Head of Professional Services and Sr. Manager of Global Practice Management, where Bryan focused on scaling services and improving methodologies. Prior to GitLab, Bryan held various managerial and technical positions at Verizon and the US Army, where responsibilities included enhancing user experiences, leading product teams, and managing engineering organizations. Bryan holds a Master of Science in Software Systems Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Delaware.
