Gabriel Mazetto

Gabriel Mazetto is a Senior Backend Engineer at GitLab, Inc., since November 2015, focusing on developing a Geographically Replicated version for improved customer experience and building scalable Disaster Recovery solutions. Prior to this role, Gabriel worked as a Full-Stack Developer at Resultados Digitais, enhancing performance and scalability and driving data-driven decision-making. Gabriel also served as a Technical Lead at Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, contributing to the development of technology for a remote learning program in collaboration with the Federal Health Care Ministry. Earlier experience includes web development roles at Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina and WPLEX Software, with a foundation in web technologies established during a contract at Modelo Comunicação. Gabriel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, completed in 2011.
