Jan Hermans

Jan Hermans possesses extensive experience in the supply chain and manufacturing sectors, holding leadership roles at Givaudan, including Head of Commercial Sampling Operations for Europe and SAMEA, and Head of Operations for Naturals in EAME North. Jan has also served as Board Director for the Netherlands and Belgium. Prior to Givaudan, Jan held various plant management positions at Kerry Group and served as Site Technical Manager and Project Engineer at Mars (Food Europe). Jan’s career began at Janssen Pharmaceutica, focusing on pharmaceutical product and process development, and included a role as Project Engineer at Pfizer Inc.
