Neville Tapp

Neville Tapp is an experienced operations and supply chain professional currently serving as Director Operations for Oceania at Givaudan since February 2022. Previously, Tapp held the position of Director - Supply Chain and Operations at Snackbrands Australia from July 2008 to February 2022, overseeing supply chain strategies and managing approximately 400 direct and indirect reports. Tapp also served as Supply Chain Director at Avery Dennison from February 2003 to June 2008, where contributions included implementing operations strategies and leading Lean Sigma initiatives, earning a Global Leadership Award. Earlier career roles included General Development Manager, Factory Manager, and Corporate Affairs Manager at Unilever from February 1990 to February 2003. Tapp holds a PhD in Applied Chemistry from Victoria University of Wellington and a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry from the University of Otago.
