Laura Fineberg

Laura Fineberg has extensive experience in Human Resources, with a career spanning across various companies in the industry. Laura is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Give and Go Prepared Foods, where Laura leads HR, Health & Safety, and Office Services disciplines. Prior to their current role, Laura held leadership positions at Arla Foods Inc. and Magna International, where Laura focused on strategic HR planning, talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development. Laura holds a Masters in Industrial Relations from the University of Toronto and a Honours B.A in Psychology from York University.
