Leonora Scala has extensive work experience in the beauty industry, starting in 1998 with Avon where they held roles such as Senior Merchandise Manager and Senior Forecasting Manager. Leonora successfully implemented marketing strategies and generated significant sales revenue. Leonora Scala then joined LVMH Fragrance Brands as the Director of Sales Development, where they achieved sales goals and played a key role in executing sales and operations planning policies. Leonora later joined The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., holding various positions such as Director of Sales Operations and Forecasting, Head of Account Planning for the Fashion Group, and Director of Sales and Account Planning for Jo Malone London. In these roles, they managed major brands and implemented strategies for sustainable growth. Most recently, Leonora Scala joined Give Back Beauty as the Sales Director USA.
Leonora Scala has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics & Economics from Fordham University. Leonora also completed a program in Digital Marketing Strategies at the School of Continuing and Professional Studies in New York University. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Sales: Business to Consumer Online Sales and Key Account Management from LinkedIn in 2020.
