Moya Chew-Lai

Moya Chew-Lai is an experienced professional with a diverse background spanning several industries. Currently serving as a Cast Member and Trainer at Walt Disney World since July 2021, Moya focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences at Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge. In addition, Moya volunteers at Give Kids The World Village, engaging with families of critically ill children through various activities and services. Previously, Moya held significant roles at Prudential Financial, including Chief Investment Officer for Closed Block and Long Term Care, overseeing investment portfolios worth over $70 billion. Moya's career also includes tenure as Principal at Prudential Mortgage Capital Company, where responsibilities included portfolio management and client liaison, and a foundational role as a Loan Officer Development Trainee at Bank of Boston. Moya holds an MBA in Investments from Rutgers Business School and a BA in Sociology from the University of Pennsylvania, complemented by an Associate's degree in Baking and Pastry Arts from Valencia College.
