Marie joined GiveDirectly from The New Teacher Project (TNTP), where she worked to build robust, diverse educator pipelines using a diversity, equity, and inclusion lens. Marie has spent her career in the social impact space and has extensive experience in program management, strategic planning, and operations management. Marie holds a degree in Education and Psychology from New York University.
