Vishal Chintawar

Vishal Chintawar has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Vishal is the Founder & CEO of Givhero, a company focused on inspiring and motivating healthy behaviors through their Workplace Well-being solution. The software provided by Givhero allows employees to self-direct employer funded donations to causes they care about, thus linking over 2.3 million charities and causes to well-being initiatives.

Prior to founding Givhero, Vishal Chintawar worked as a Director at HumanTech LLC from 2014 to 2017.

Vishal also served as the Chief Technology Officer at BIS Global from 2004 to 2014. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of a suite of on-demand software services for businesses and non-profits, including CRM tools, email marketing, online payment processing, ecommerce, point of sale, and peer-to-peer communications. The software developed by BIS Global is utilized by more than 400 businesses and non-profits.

Vishal Chintawar has a strong educational background in engineering. Vishal completed their Bachelor of Technology degree in Chemical Engineering from Nagpur University and its affiliated college, LIT, from 1997 to 2001. Vishal later pursued a Master of Engineering degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Maryland, completing it from 2002 to 2004.
