Thea Kristine Hofossæter has extensive work experience in various industries. Thea Kristine started their career as a Journalist and Photographer at Equus Informasjon og Media in 2008. Thea Kristine also worked as a Consultant in sales, media, and marketing at Norsk Rikstoto until 2014. From 2009 to 2016, they served as a member of the license committee at Øvrevoll Galopp.
In 2016, Thea became a Board Member, Deputy, at Norsk Jockeyklub, a position they held until 2021. Thea Kristine then joined Gjensidige, where they worked as a Senior Advisor in E-commerce and User Experience from 2014 to 2016. Thea Kristine later transitioned to a Senior Digital Advisor role, focusing on Digital Customer Experience from 2017 to 2019. From 2019 to 2021, they served as a Team Leader, managing a team of designers and consultants, and ensuring the development of cohesive and customer-oriented experiences across services.
In 2021, Thea was promoted to Head of Design at Gjensidige, responsible for overseeing design projects and interdisciplinary teams. Additionally, they joined Øvrevoll Galopp as a member of the Higher Arbitration Court from 2021 to 2023.
Thea Kristine will also serve as a Board Member at Norsk Rikstoto from 2023. Moreover, Thea has experience as a Business Manager at Løvlia Markastue AS, a role they have held since 2022. Lastly, they have held the position of Deputy Chairperson at the Norwegian Amateur Riding Club since 2003.
In addition to their professional endeavors, Thea has operated their own photography business since 2008, catering to both private and corporate clients, with a focus on equestrian and editorial photography.
