Ben Stanczyk

Ben Stanczyk has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ben started their career in 2008 as an Internal Auditor at Kohler Co. and later held positions such as Accounting Analyst, Senior Accounting Analyst, and Supervisor-Accounting. In 2015, they became the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis at Kohler Co. before transitioning to the role of Manager-Business Analysis & Operational Accounting. From 2018 to 2020, they served as the Associate Controller-Faucets Americas at Kohler Co. Following this, they joined Great Lakes Rubber as a Controller in 2020 and worked there until 2022. Currently, they are the Senior Vice President of Finance at GL Industrial, a family-owned industrial services provider. Prior to their corporate career, Ben Stanczyk also played professional baseball as a Pitcher for the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club from 2004 to 2008.

Ben Stanczyk attended Waukesha South High School for their high school education. Ben then went on to study Accounting at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in 2007.
