Richard Paul Clark

Richard Paul Clark is the Chief Transformation Officer at Accenture, where responsibilities include leading digital transformation initiatives and serving as a member of the Global Management Committee. Clark has held various leadership roles within Accenture since 1984, including Chief Accounting Officer, where oversight included the development of ESG processes and integration of numerous acquisitions. As Corporate Controller, Clark managed global accounting policy and significant compensation programs while overseeing financial operations in major regions. In addition to current roles at Accenture Federal Services and GLAAD, Clark has served on multiple boards and committees, providing strategic guidance on governance, risk, and compliance. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Accounting from Isenberg School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from Stonehill College.
