Thibaut le Boulaire

Thibaut Le Boulaire is a seasoned professional in the fields of engineering and operations management, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Chief of Staff at Gladia since September 2022. Prior to this, Thibaut held the position of Logistic Project Manager at MBDA, focusing on the management and coordination of maintenance activities for European customer equipment. Thibaut's experience also includes significant contributions as an R&D Mechanical Engineer and Project Manager at Tallano Technologie, developing innovative solutions to reduce pollution in automotive and railway braking systems.
