Tarun Bhatt has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. With a focus on sustainability and renewable energy, they have served as the Chief Executive Officer of Gladieux Metals Recycling, the largest spent catalyst recycler in North America. Tarun also held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Aleon Renewable Metals, an integrated lithium-ion battery recycler and supplier.
Additionally, Tarun Bhatt founded and co-founded multiple companies, including Aleon Metals, a catalyst and lithium-ion battery recycling company. Tarun was a board member at Belman and Jefferson Enterprise Management LLC. Furthermore, they co-founded and was a partner at Postlane Partners and held the role of Chief Operating Officer and board member at Gladieux Energy.
Before their entrepreneurial endeavors, Tarun Bhatt held notable positions in the finance industry. Tarun was the Head of Energy and Infrastructure at KGS-Alpha Capital Markets, L.P. and the Head of Energy and Commodities at KCG Holdings, Inc. Tarun also worked in merchant banking at Cambridge Capital LLC.

Tarun Bhatt completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and Mathematics at Tennessee Technological University from 1993 to 1996. Tarun later pursued a Master of Science degree in Digital Signal Processing, Artificial Neural Networks, and Acoustics at the same institution from 1996 to 1998. Tarun then attended Northwestern University from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained two degrees simultaneously. Tarun earned a Master of Engineering Management with a focus on Operations Management and Supply Chain Management from Northwestern University. Additionally, they completed a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Analytical Finance from the Kellogg School of Management, which is also a part of Northwestern University.
