Chika Uzor has a wealth of work experience in the fields of business analysis and project management. Chika began their career in 2014 as a Senior Business Analyst - Consultant at Marks and Spencer. Chika then moved to North Highland UK in the same role. In 2015, they worked as a Senior Business Analyst - Consultant at ASOS.com and a Consultant Business Analyst at Whitbread. In 2017, they worked as a Business Analysis Consultant at easyJet and a Lead Business Analyst / Delivery Manager at ASOS.com. In 2019, they worked as a Business Analysis Consultant at Wickes. In 2020, they were a Senior Business Analyst at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. Currently, they are a Technology Project Manager at Monsoon Accessorize, where they are responsible for project managing the delivery of a new WMS solution in line with Monsoon's strategic objectives. Additionally, they are the Founder of GlamAfric, a Marketplace & SaaS platform aimed at powering the next generation of Africa's beauty businesses & independent professionals globally.

Chika Uzor obtained an MBA in IT from the University of Bedfordshire Business School between 2010 and 2011. In 2016, they were awarded an Approved PSD Individual certification from the Financial Conduct Authority.
