Lauren Goldstein has over nine years of professional experience. Lauren began their career in 2011 as an Emergency Medical Technician at Community Health Network. In 2012, they began working as a Research Assistant at Indiana University Bloomington, where they assisted in Dr. Lydia Bright's post doctoral research in the Lynch Lab. In 2015, they became an English Teacher at English Time School. In 2016, they began working at Glamping Hub, first as a Support Specialist, then as a Business Development Manager, and finally as Head of Customer Success & Solutions. In this role, they managed the day to day operations of the customer support department, innovated and led all customer facing communication and innovation, and was responsible for one of the website's core metrics- confirmation ratio. Lauren also co-managed a growing team of 20 people, coordinated with all department heads to improve website functionality, and managed all customer complaints, refunds, and disputes.
Lauren Goldstein received a Bachelor of Arts in Human Biology and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish as a Foreign Language from Indiana University Bloomington between 2011 and 2015. During this time, they also studied Spanish Language and Literature at Universidad de Sevilla in 2014.
