David Snow is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, support enablement, and training. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Glance since October 2020, David previously held multiple roles at Toast, Inc., including Sr. Support Enablement Manager and Implementation Engineer Training Specialist from February 2017 to June 2020. Earlier roles include Training Specialist IV at Cambridge Health Alliance and Outside Training Specialist at Constant Contact, where David established an Outside Training program to enhance customer retention. David's experience also includes designing manufacturing processes as Lead Manager/Fabricator at Palco Plastics and working as a Fabricator at Superior Woodworking. David holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business from UMass Boston and a Social Media Certificate from the American Marketing Association.
