Brian Hays has held a variety of roles in the technology industry since 1997. Brian began their career as a Sales Executive at SAP, where they managed enterprise software sales to State and Local Government. In 1998, they moved to Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories, Inc as a Senior Account Executive for the Midwest Territory. There, they closed $1M+ in sales with Ford Motor Company and General Motors and won key contracts with Nationwide Insurance, Nationwide Financial, Allied Insurance, Workers Compensation in Ohio, Lexis Nexis, Dow Chemical, and Cincinnati Bell. In 2002, they returned to Genesys as Vice President of Sales & Partnerships, where they led a 65+ sales team, influenced product innovation, and developed the Genesys Sales Methodology (GAME) sales training program. In 2018, they moved to Bright Pattern as Senior Vice President of Business Development, where they enabled growth through developing a five-year go-to-market plan, sales methodology, and metrics to track success. In 2020, they joined Five9 as Vice President of Strategic Accounts, where they recruited, trained, evaluated, and developed five strategic enterprise sales directors focused on large enterprise accounts and grew lead pipeline from $2M to $65M in potential pipeline revenue. In 2021, they joined Talkdesk as Vice President of Global Strategic Initiatives, and in 2022 they began their current role as Senior Vice President of Global Sales at Glance Networks.
