Brian Brooks is a Partner at Glancy Prongay & Murray LLP, with experience in antitrust class action litigation. Previously, Brian served as a Partner at Smith Segura & Raphael, LLP, where involvement included key roles in significant cases such as In re: Nexium Antitrust Litigation and several other antitrust matters. Prior to that, Brian worked as an Associate at Smith Foote, LLP, Murray, Frank & Sailer LLP, and The Smith Foote Law Firm, LLP, focusing on complex securities, consumer, and antitrust class actions. Brian holds a JD from Washington and Lee University and a BA in Sociology from Northwestern State University.
