Prior to this role, John spent over 16 years at Pilkington, advancing through various positions including Area Manager and Regional Sales Manager, focusing on sales operations, strategic planning, and market growth. Additionally, John has a solid background in the auto glass industry, having worked as a Sales/Operations Manager at several companies from 1986 to 1998, including Safelite Auto Glass and Vistar Auto Glass.
