Andy Pink is an experienced operations and project manager with a demonstrated history of leading complex projects across various industries. Currently serving as Head of Operations and Senior CAPEX Project Manager at Glass Futures since November 2023, Andy oversees the construction phase of a complex pilot glass line. Prior experience includes managing the industrialisation of PG Tips and Lyons brands at LIPTON Teas and Infusions, overseeing a significant relocation and greenfield project at INEOS, and handling multiple project management roles at Ipsen, Scapa Healthcare, ConvaTec, and other organizations. With a strong background in project management, operations excellence, and facility relocation, Andy is skilled in managing large-scale projects and transforming operational processes. Educational credentials include a degree from the University of Warwick.
