Pramod Sridharamurthy is Vice President of Products and India Operations at Glassbeam.

Pramod has over 18 years of leadership experience focused on people, processes, and products in startups and growth-stage companies in the big data analytics, connected machines, and storage systems space. A startup guy at heart, he enjoys solving problems at scale and is passionate about connected machines and the opportunities it holds for Glassbeam’s customers and their communities.

Pramod oversees Glassbeam’s India operations and products. As the head of India operations, he is chartered to build and scale a high-performance team and to help the organization and teams achieve their maximum potential. As the head of products, he is conceiving, driving, and shaping the future of how Glassbeam’s customers maximize the value of data from connected machines. He also provides leadership and coordination in developing relationships with partners and customers in India.

Pramod holds a Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Technology from Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering, Mysore.
