Danny Guillory

Danny Guillory is senior vice president and chief people officer for Glassdoor. He is on a mission to help people find a job and company they love at Glassdoor. Danny leads the company’s people functions, including strategic human resources, talent acquisition, total rewards, culture management, employee relations, learning and development, diversity, inclusion and belonging and more. Most recently, he was chief diversity officer at Dropbox and prior to that role, served as head of global diversity & inclusion at Autodesk. For many years Danny served as CEO of Innovations International, a consulting firm that assists companies globally on leadership, innovation and diversity through assessment, strategic planning, learning and development, and internal communications. Danny received his B.A. from Stanford University, his J.D. from Harvard Law School, and studied at the Universite de Paris I–Pantheon Sorbonne, along with the Chemnitz University of Technology in Germany.
