DeShawna Yamini, MBA, has a diverse background in both real estate and educational operations. Currently serving as a Realtor at Glasshouse Realty Group since September 2021, DeShawna previously held multiple positions at Sinclair Community College, including Operations Manager for the Center for Teaching and Learning, Coordinator for the African American Male Initiative, and Administrative Assistant, contributing significantly to student support and operational efficiency. Additionally, DeShawna was the Program Director for the Grow to Live Youth Gardening Program at Hope Road Organization, fostering essential gardening skills in youth. A strong foundation in customer service was established during tenure as a Senior Customer Support Consultant at LexisNexis, where mentorship and training played a key role.
