Director Of User Experience at Glasswall

Remlee Green has over 20 years of experience in the field of user experience. In 2000, they began their career as a Library Assistant III at the MIT Schering-Plough Neurosciences Library. They then served as a Senior Staff Assistant at the MIT Laboratory for Computer Science and a Senior Processing Assistant at the MIT Engineering & Science Libraries. From 2010 to 2017, they worked as a User Experience Specialist & Web Product Manager at MIT Libraries. During this time, they managed successful, efficient project teams to design and re-design websites, from concept to production. In 2015, they became a Senior Information Architect at Sapient Global Markets, and in 2017, they served as a Senior User Experience Analyst (on contract) at Harvard Medical School. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a VP, UX Design Lead & Senior Information Architect at State Street Global Advisors, where they guided stakeholders through the design process and planned new navigational structures. Since 2021, they have been the Director of User Experience at Glasswall.

Remlee Green received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Classics & English from Allegheny College in 2000. Remlee then obtained a Master of Library and Information Science from Simmons University in 2006. In 2015, they obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) certification from the Scrum Alliance. Remlee is also currently pursuing a Human-Computer Interaction certification from Coursera.
