Lukas Schmidt

Lukas Schmidt has extensive experience in sales and management within the composite fibers industry, having worked at Glatfelter since March 2009. As Head of Global Sales Composite Fibers, Lukas has held several key positions, including Sales Director for both Americas and EMEA, Sales Director Americas, and Productline Manager for Food & Beverage and Overlay. Additionally, Lukas served as Sales and Project Manager early in the career at Glatfelter. More recently, Lukas held the title of Sales Director Americas at Glatfelter CFNA from March 2019 to June 2023. Educationally, Lukas holds a Diplom degree in Controlling Finanzen und Steuer from Pforzheim University, completed between 1999 and 2004.
