Phil Lerro

Phil Lerro has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Phil began their career as a Systems Analyst at Shell Oil Company in 1989 and worked there until 1995. Phil then joined IBM Global Services as an SAP Executive Consultant from 1995 to 2001. After that, they worked at The Hershey Company, where they held multiple positions, including Sr. Business Process Manager, Sr. Manager Applications, Director of Operations and Infrastructure, and Sr. Director Global Technology & Architecture. Phil worked at The Hershey Company from 2001 to 2016. Since 2016, they have been working at Glatfelter, where they have held the roles of Director of Infrastructure and Application Services, Senior Director of Global Enterprise Systems Services, and currently serves as the Vice President of Global Business Application Services.

Phil Lerro holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management Information Systems, General from Temple University.
