Jostein Fredriksen

Territory Manager, Norway at Glaukos

Jostein Fredriksen has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 1999, they worked as an Occupational Therapist at Sunnaas sykehus HF. Jostein then moved on to CodaNor - Norco Ergonomics, where they served as a Regional Account Manager for a brief period. In 2000, they became an Occupational Therapist at Sykehuset Asker og Bærum HF, followed by a role as an Occupational Therapist at Aker universitetssykehus HF from 2002 to 2004.

In 2005, Jostein joined Rikshospitalet as an Information Adviser at the Centre for Rare Disorders, offering comprehensive information and counselling services. Jostein then transitioned to working at NAV Akershus in 2012, holding the position of Regional Coordinator and focusing on facilitating the professional use of the Facilitation Warranty within NAV offices.

From 2007 to 2015, Jostein worked as a Key Account Manager and Inclusive Workplace Advisor at NAV. During this time, they provided guidance on creating inclusive workplaces, reducing sick leave, and minimizing disability pensions for various Public and Private "IW Enterprises."

In 2015, Jostein became a Senior Advisor at Arbeids- og velferdsdirektoratet, where they continued their work until 2022. Currently, they hold the role of Territory Manager for Norway at Glaukos Corporation.

Jostein Fredriksen completed their Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from UiT- The Arctic University of Norway, where they studied from 1996 to 1999. Later, they pursued another educational endeavor at Oslo and Akershus University College, specializing in Rehabilitation. Jostein attended the college from 2002 to 2004. No specific degree was mentioned for their time at Oslo and Akershus University College.
