Pedja Grmusa

Pedja Grmusa has extensive work experience in human resources and organizational development. Pedja is currently the Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development at Great Lakes Credit Union since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Quad, where they held a role in Human Resources from October 2020 to November 2021. From 2019 to 2020, Pedja was self-employed as an Executive HR Consultant. Before that, they served as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at FirstOntario Credit Union from March 2018 to January 2019. Pedja had a long tenure at FirstOntario Credit Union, where they started as the Vice President of Human Resources in February 2009 and held the role until September 2016. Pedja oversaw various HR facets and disciplines, advised senior management, and developed a high-performing HR team. Prior to their work at FirstOntario Credit Union, Pedja had positions at Magna International from August 2003 to January 2009 and Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada from September 2001 to August 2003.

Pedja Grmusa completed a Combined Honours degree in Sociology and History from McMaster University from 1996 to 2000. As of now, Pedja Grmusa is pursuing Human Resources Management at the same university, although the specific start and end years are not provided.
