Lauren Kennedy has been in the tech industry since 2012. Lauren began their career at Guidebook Inc. as an Enterprise Account Manager and Customer Success Manager. In 2015, they joined Grovo as a Senior Customer Success Manager and Client Success Manager. In 2017, they moved to Gainsight where they held various roles, including Director of PX Client Outcomes, Senior Manager of Client Outcomes Mid Market, Manager of Client Outcomes, and Enterprise Client Outcomes Manager. In 2020, they joined Productiv as the Director of Customer Success. Currently, they are the Head of CS at Glean.

Lauren Kennedy obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Sociology and a minor in Technical and Scientific Communication from James Madison University between 2007 and 2012. Lauren also holds a WSET Level 2 certification.
