Molly Elfers has held various positions in the tech industry since 2010. Molly began their career as an Executive Assistant at IDEO, where they organized team events and offsites, and managed complex calendars and emails. Molly then worked as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and CFO of Practice Fusion, where they managed intensive calendars and travel arrangements. In 2015, Molly took on the role of Executive Assistant to the CEO of Brand-Force, where they managed projects, tracked deliverables, and acted as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and vendors. In 2016, they worked as an Executive Assistant at Simple Finance, where they owned and organized all team materials and resources, and facilitated weekly leadership meetings, business planning, budgeting, learning reviews, offsites, and quarterly All Hands meetings. In 2018, Molly joined Intercom as an Executive Assistant, where they supported the Research & Development team and led and implemented a revamp of the Product Engineer interview loop. Later that year, Molly joined Thinkful as a Web Development Projects and Web Development Program, where they learned industry best practices and practical software development standards. Molly then moved on to SEVENROOMS as a Technical Support Engineer in 2019, followed by Code Climate as a Customer Success Manager in 2021, and Glean as a Customer Solutions Engineer in 2022.
Molly Elfers received their Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature/Letters from the University of Washington. Molly then attended Thinkful from 2018 to 2019, where they completed a Full Stack Web Development program.
