Bethany Hildebrand

Bethany Hildebrand has a diverse work experience in supply chain management and demand planning. Bethany currently works at Glen Dimplex Americas as a Supply Chain Director, overseeing the supply chain processes. Prior to this, they held positions such as Director Demand and Supply Planning, Director Demand Planning, and Supply Chain Manager at the same company. Earlier in their career, they worked at Kraus Flooring as a Demand Planner, responsible for developing demand forecasts. Bethany also has experience working at BlackBerry, where they served as a Demand Manager, responsible for creating and managing demand forecasts for handhelds and accessories. Bethany was involved in process development and implementation, as well as collaborating with sales teams. Before that, they worked at Merit Glass Ltd. as a Production Manager.

From 2005 to 2008, Bethany Hildebrand attended Conestoga College where they obtained an Advanced Diploma in Business Management with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Bethany then pursued their Bachelor's degree in International Business Management with a Double Major in Operations Management and Human Resources at the same institution from 2008 to 2010.
